Breakfast Club provision

Breakfast will be served from 7.45am until 8.15am however we will still be accepting children right up until 8.45am when the school gate opens. This will be at the continued cost of £3.50 per child per day.This includes a healthy variety of fresh fruit, yoghurts and cererals. This is a popular option to start the day with an arrange of activities.

After School provision.

From September 2026, Welbourn is pleased to welcome EcoCoach to deliver wraparound care on site.

EcoCoach is rooted in the Play Their Way approach, where children enjoy a balance of creativity, movement, and choice each day — from arts & crafts to sport, games, dance, construction, and quiet corners. Every child’s right to choose is honoured, ensuring all children feel safe, seen, and supported.

EcoCoach is now Ofsted registered, which means families can:

• Pay using Child Tax-Free Accounts or Childcare Vouchers
• Claim childcare costs back through Universal Credit

Booking System – Pebble
From September 2026, bookings will be managed via Pebble — a simpler and more flexible platform that allows parents to pay directly using Child Tax-Free Accounts or Childcare Vouchers.
